I LOVED this Masterclass because it wasn’t really about algorithms, posting schedules or becoming a full-time content creator.

It was about being visible enough for the right people to know you exist.

My big takeaways

1. Ask yourself: what have I done to be visible today?

That doesn’t have to mean creating a post.
Comment. Connect. Like something. Share something. Go to an event. Send an email. Start a conversation.

A few minutes counts.

2. Visibility → Leads → Sales

People need to:
→ discover you
→ understand what you do
→ see how you help people
→ build trust
→ have an opportunity to take the next step

We often expect people to jump straight from follower to customer and forget all the stuff in the middle.

3. Tell people what you actually do.

This was a big one! This is the 'Bananas' in your Banoffee Pie (for those that have been to that training)

Can you clearly say

I help [WHO] to [DO WHAT] so they can [OUTCOME].

If people have to work out what you do, you’ve probably already lost them.

4. Share the evidence.

Testimonials.
Client stories.
Little wins.
Screenshots.
Feedback.

And don’t wait for the enormous shiny end result, the small changes you’ve helped somebody make can be hugely significant to the person watching.

And REUSE THEM.

People haven't seen everything you post.

5. Consistency does NOT mean posting every day.

It means finding a level of visibility you can actually sustain and perhaps stretching it slightly.

Twice a week consistently beats seven posts one week followed by disappearing for a month.

6. Give people an opportunity to say yes.

You don’t have to hard sell.

Tell people you have space. Ask a question. Use a poll. Invite them to DM you. Tell them how they can work with you.

As Alex put it: Sales comes from conversations.

7. And perhaps my favourite bit: YOU are part of the marketing.

There will always be other people doing something similar.

People need to see the human behind the expertise, your values, personality, opinions and way of doing things.

You don't have to share anything you don't want to share. But do let people see you.

And my biggest SuSS takeaway?

Stop leaving the bloody thing sitting in your notes or Canva.

Get scrappy.
Post it.
Test it.
See what happens.

Action creates clarity.
