Hi, I’m Dr. Jo Watkins, a GP-turned-entrepreneur, mum of four, and business mentor specialising in helping female doctors build businesses that fit their families and their lives.

I’ve built several businesses around my family life and helped hundreds of medics do the same without burnout, hustle or “just work harder” advice.

I still have a foot in both camps. I locum as a GP and work remotely from my computer while travelling for 3 months a year with my family.

I know the medical and healthcare mindset and how to bridge into entrepreneurship and understand the difficulties that we have showing up, being vulnerable and promoting ourselves.

Sales and marketing was not a module at Medical School and not something most healthcare professionals love the idea of.
