 Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions applies to the Beta Offer Build in 30 Days offer provided by Dr Jo Watkins / The Digital Doctor Start Up.

By purchasing this offer, you agree to the following terms alongside Dr Jo Watkins' standard coaching Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Complaints Policy.

1. What is included

This offer includes:

• One 60-minute strategy session
• One 90-minute Kajabi build session
• 30 days of voice note support after the Kajabi build session

This is a beta/trial support offer designed to help you structure a beta offer, simplify your Kajabi set-up, and create momentum with your business idea.

2. Timing of sessions

The 60-minute strategy session can be booked at any time, at a mutually agreed date and time between you and Jo.

The 90-minute Kajabi build session can also be booked at a mutually agreed date and time, when you are ready to move into the set-up stage.

The 30 days of voice note support will begin immediately after the 90-minute Kajabi build session has taken place.

For clarity, the 30 days of support does not begin from the date of purchase unless your Kajabi build session also takes place on that date.

The full programme, including the 60-minute strategy session, the 90-minute Kajabi build session and the 30 days of voice note support, must be completed by 31 December 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dr Jo Watkins.

3. Voice note support

Voice note support is intended for reasonable questions, feedback, guidance and accountability linked to the offer you are building and your Kajabi set-up.

It does not include unlimited done-for-you technical work, full business management, emergency support, or ongoing coaching beyond the 30-day support period.

4. Kajabi account and affiliate link

To take part in this offer, you will need access to your own Kajabi account.

You are responsible for setting up and paying for your own Kajabi subscription, including any future subscription costs, renewal fees or changes to Kajabi's pricing.

Any Kajabi discount, trial, or affiliate offer is provided by Kajabi and may be subject to Kajabi's own terms, deadlines and availability.

Jo may receive an affiliate commission if you sign up to Kajabi through her affiliate link.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to come prepared, attend your sessions on time, and take responsibility for your own decisions, actions and implementation.

This offer is designed to support you to build momentum. It does not guarantee a particular income level, number of clients, launch result, business outcome, or Kajabi performance.

6. Rescheduling and cancellations

Sessions are arranged at mutually agreed times.

If you need to reschedule a booked session, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as used and may not be refunded or rearranged, in line with Jo's standard coaching terms.

7. Payments and refunds

Full payment is required before the first session unless a separate payment plan has been agreed in writing.

Because this is a limited beta support offer, payment confirms your place and access to Jo's time.

Any refund requests will be considered in line with Jo's standard Terms & Conditions and the services already provided.

8. Confidentiality

Anything shared in your sessions or voice note support will be treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious concern about risk of harm.

You also agree not to share any private information, screenshots, business details, templates or materials belonging to Jo or other clients without permission.

9. Intellectual property

Any worksheets, templates, resources, frameworks, recordings or materials shared by Jo remain the intellectual property of Dr Jo Watkins / The Digital Doctor Start Up.

You may use them for your own personal business development, but you may not copy, sell, reproduce, teach, share or distribute them as your own.

10. Data protection

Your personal information will be handled in line with Dr Jo Watkins' Privacy Policy. This may include use of platforms such as Kajabi and Google for client communication, email, records and delivery of services.

11. Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact Jo in writing at jo@bendylegs.com so this can be handled in line with the Complaints Policy.
