The Clarity Programme
Terms & Conditions
This Coaching Agreement is entered into by and between Dr Jo Watkins, (Coach) and Coachee, effective as of the payment day.
By entering into this Agreement, both parties agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline the nature, scope, and expectations of the coaching relationship.
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a clear understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and commitments of both the Coach and the Coachee. This Agreement is designed to protect both parties and ensure a professional, respectful, and productive coaching experience.
Coaching Services Offered
1. Scope of Services
The Coach will provide coaching sessions and live group calls as per the selected coaching package. Coaching is intended to facilitate the Coachee's self-discovery, growth, and goal attainment, but the Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Coachee understands that coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal and/or professional development.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Coaching sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. The Client must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
The Clarity Programme includes one (1) 1:1 coaching session, which must be booked and completed within the thirty (30) day programme period.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure their 1:1 session is booked and attended within this timeframe.
If the Client experiences any difficulty booking or attending their 1:1 session within the programme period, they must contact Dr Jo Watkins or her assistant, Karina, as soon as possible to discuss available options.
Failure to book or attend the 1:1 session within the thirty (30) day period, without prior communication, will result in the session being forfeited. No replacement session or refund will be offered.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the first session, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed upon.
4. Termination
If either party is dissatisfied, this agreement may be terminated by providing written notice within fourteen (14) days of the start date of the Clarity Programme. Any refund due will be adjusted to reflect services already delivered during this period.
After the initial fourteen (14) day period, the programme becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable, as the Clarity Programme is a short-term programme delivered over thirty (30) days.
5.Responsibilities of the Coachee
The Coachee agrees to engage fully in the coaching process, attend scheduled sessions on time, and complete any agreed-upon tasks or homework. The Coachee acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Coachee during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential. The Coach will not disclose any information to third parties without the Coachee's consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others)
7. Limitation of Liability
The Coach will not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by the Coachee as a result of the coaching sessions. The Coachee acknowledges that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or other professional services. If such services are deemed necessary, the Coach may recommend appropriate professionals.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Coach during the coaching sessions, including but not limited to worksheets, online resources, exercises, and proprietary content, remain the intellectual property of the Coach. The Coachee agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, UK.
10. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Coach and the Coachee. Any amendments or additions to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By agreeing with this document, the Coachee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
