Katya founded The Working Well Doctor to empower healthcare professionals, helping them thrive in their careers. With experience at the Mayo Clinic, USA, and various roles in the UK, she brings valuable insights to her coaching and training programs. Katya is also Head of Training at Joyful Doctor and a Shapes Toolkit Associate.
